Green Day
I had a productive day planned for the 6th of February, however something happened every hour I decided to get things done. I made it for my class, and even understood the Asian lecturer for the first time. So maybe all in all, it was a good day..or not.
I also found out today, that the promises I made in an inebriated state at my friend's dinner party on Monday didn't fall on deaf ears. They all sorta anticipated that I would produce excuses during our next meet, they weren't disappointed tho. Since its serious, and I'll most likely be bugged daily for progress stats on my weight loss, I have decided to make an effort. It started with me picking up a bag of crispy veggies at the supermarket, then ham, and wheat bread. But, I also decided to take it further by adding a bag of curly lettuce-I must admit it does taste pretty decent. They say the 1st step is the hardest, glad I've gone past that. Now I must carefully find other vegetables or fruits i can consume, being a bush man has its disadvantages-like not being able to chew an apple and many other fruits the ground blesses us with.
Gym membership is next. Really looking forward to that one, try and put on muscles to blast fat...and let's not forget the fit specimens present :). The drive to a summer body is not short. Hopefully I get there in time. Well thats all folks.
