First post goes to B.L Restaurant, and this is because I've probably gone here the most in Lagos. Maybe not the most, but it is in the top three places. 

The menu here always gives me a slight headache; it is so extensive, you would need more time to decide what you want. Even when you decide, you flip pages and you're in doubt again. 

I can for a fact say I have had something from every page by now, lol.

Food

I always and always start with the Hummus with Meat, so while I order that I run through the menu for the main course. Noteworthy, I had Hummus for the first time here, so I'd naturally compare every other place with this. Hummus is a magical experience I tell you, it hits me so much that I add some of it to my main course when it gets to the table. It is also mad filling; so if you finish it before your main course arrives, its all over you Sir/Ma. 

I have also had the Barracuda Kebab, Meat Kebab, Salmon Pasta, Pasta Carbonara and some other things I can't remember names of now.

Ambience

Curious thing is I've only visited B.L. on a Sunday, and it is always semi-quiet. I like the simplistic decor and how it matches up with the artworks lining some walls. I have a thing for picking the darkest spots in a restaurant to eat, difficult here as their warm hue spotlights line every ceiling space (ensuring your pictures come out amazing). The staff are helpful and knowledgeable on the menu, which is a benefit for a simple man like me.  

Cost
Hummus cost N2800, Pasta N4500-N6000, Kebabs and other Eastern European foods are slightly higher. Honestly, for the price point I am always impressed with the amazingness of the food. That's why I never hesitate to refer friends to dine here when asked.

Experience
I really like B.L. and I'm sure that is evident with the post. The management and staff seem to understand what it is they're offering and I deeply appreciate it. Whatever you decide to try here, make sure you do pasta at some point.
